Restoration of the Icon “Saints Granted Healing Gifts by God”, early 19th Century Consolidation of the paint layer, cleaning of the paint surface, filling of losses with ground application, retouching and inpainting in the areas of loss, application of a protective varnish. The entire lower part—nearly half of the icon—was abraded down to the ground layer. The narrative composition was fully reconstructed, including all saints in medallions, using iconographic analogues. Private collection, size: 40 × 60 cm, 2018
